While I really like the design of the Fiona pendant, one of the glass panels was cracked when it arrived. I contacted customer service, and they were helpful in getting a replacement. Just a bit of a hassle to deal with that from the start.

Nice Light, But Slightly Dim
The Fiona pendant looks great hanging over my dining table, but I wish it was a bit brighter. It’s a beautiful light fixture with a classic style, yet I expected a little more brightness from the LED. Installation was simple, so that was a plus!
