How do I make a purchase?
To make a purchase at LightsDaddy, browse our products, select your desired item, and click "Add to Cart." When you're ready, click the cart icon, enter your shipping and payment details, and click "Place Order." You'll receive a confirmation email shortly after.
How do I know if my order is confirmed?
You will receive an order confirmation email shortly after your purchase, containing your order details and confirmation number. If you don't see it, check your spam folder or contact Customer Service for assistance.
Can I change my shipping address after my order is placed?
If you need to change your shipping address, contact our Customer Service team as soon as possible. Address changes can only be made if your order hasn’t been processed or shipped yet.
