Hassle-Free Product Returns

At Lightsdaddy, we strive to make your shopping experience as seamless as possible, and that includes making returns easy and hassle-free. If you ever need to return a product, we’ve outlined the steps clearly below to ensure a smooth process.

Order Cancellation Policy

Cancellation requests will be accepted within 2 hours of placing the order.

After this period, we cannot guarantee cancellation, as the order may already be in processing or dispatched. In such cases, additional charges may apply for any attempt to intercept, halt, or return the shipment.
If the order has shipped, it will fall under our standard Return & Refund Policy.

Conditions for Return:

We understand that sometimes things don’t go as expected, and we're here to help. You can request a return if:

  • The product you received is damaged, defective, or not as described (a mismatch).
  • The request for a return must be made within 15 days from the original delivery date.
  • A Return Authorization (RA) number is required to process the return.
  • Once the RA number is issued, it will expire within 7 days, so we encourage you to return the product as soon as possible.
  • Returns made without a valid RA number will not be processed for a refund and may incur an additional processing fee.
  • If the product is being returned without defect or damage, a restocking fee of 25% of the item's price may apply.

How to Get a Refund:

To ensure a smooth return and refund process, please make sure to meet the following conditions before shipping your product back to us:

  1. Original Packaging: The product must be returned in its original manufacturer’s packaging.
  2. Product Condition: The item should be free from damage such as dents, scratches, cracks, abuse, defacement, or any sign of tampering (such as removed screws, fasteners, or seals).
  3. Security Seals: If the product has a security seal, it must be intact and untampered with.

Important Note: Processing a return may take up to 15 business days from the time we receive the item.

Defective or Missing Items:

If the product you received is defective, damaged, or missing parts, we will resolve the issue promptly by offering one of the following solutions:

  • A replacement for the defective or missing units.
  • A partial credit for the affected items.

Please Note: Replaced items will not be issued additional credit.
