It provides as much light as a 40 watt bulb (480 lumens) while using only 6 watts of electricity. 3000K warm white color temperature. ETL Listed for damp location installation. I love the look and brightness of the Sunlite A15 LED bulbs, but one of the three I ordered came shattered. Customer service was good about it, but it was disappointing. The other two work great!

Not as bright as I hoped
I expected more from this 6-watt bulb. While it does provide decent light, it feels closer to a 40W equivalent than I wanted. Dimming feature works well, but I wish it was brighter for my living room.

Solid bulb, but installation was tricky
The Sunlite LED A15 bulb works well and is bright at 480 lumens. However, I had a bit of trouble with the E17 intermediate base fitting into my old fixtures. Once installed, it's great for mood lighting!

Great dimmable option for my fixtures
