What a charming little addition to our ceiling fan! The crystal ball is beautifully cut and the brass chain complements it perfectly. It’s easy to pull and looks great in our dining area. Highly recommend it if you want something a little fancy!

Lovely but Arrived Damaged
I was excited to receive this pull, but it came with a small chip on the crystal. It’s a pretty piece, but the damage is disappointing. Customer service was helpful, and they offered a replacement which I appreciate. Hoping the next one arrives in perfect condition!

Nice but Slightly Smaller Than Expected
I ordered this crystal ball pull for my ceiling fan, and it's nice, but I was hoping it would be a bit bigger. The quality is good and the brass chain is lovely, but it didn't quite meet my size expectations. Still, it looks decent once installed.
