I like the look of this frameless LED mirror, and it really brightens up my bathroom. However, the instructions weren’t super clear, and it took me longer to install than I expected. Also, the dimming feature could use a little more range. Overall, it’s a solid mirror but could be improved.

Disappointed with the mirror quality
Sadly, my SmartReflex mirror arrived with a few scratches on the surface. I was excited about the anti-fog feature, but it seems to not work as well as advertised. I contacted customer service, and they were helpful, but now I’m stuck waiting for a replacement. Frustrating experience!

Beautiful addition to my bathroom
I installed the SmartReflex oval LED mirror last week and it looks stunning! The backlighting is adjustable between 3000K and 6400K, which makes it perfect for my morning routine. The anti-fog feature works great too, no more waiting for the mirror to clear after a hot shower. Totally worth the investment!
