Lamp arrived damaged, but customer service was great
Unfortunately, the lamp I ordered arrived with a dent on the polyresin base. I contacted customer service, and they were quick to help arrange a replacement, which I appreciate. The lamp itself is beautiful, so I'm hopeful the new one will arrive in perfect condition!

Great lamp but a bit smaller than expected
The lamp is really cute and the drum shade gives off good light. I thought it would be taller, but it fits just fine on my desk. Installation was easy, but the delivery took a couple days longer than I’d hoped.

Nice lamp, but shade wrinkles easily
I like the design of the Lanwell lamp, but I noticed that the fabric shade had some wrinkles right out of the box. It still looks good, but I worry it might not hold up well over time. The 3-way switch is a nice feature, though!
