The Alden pendant light has a nice design, but it showed up with a small dent on the shade. I contacted customer service, and they were helpful, but it was a hassle. The light works well, just wish it had arrived in perfect condition.

Nice design but tricky to install
The design of this pendant light is beautiful, but I found the installation process a bit challenging. The instructions weren't the clearest, and the weight of the light made it a two-person job. In the end, it looks great in my dining area!

Great light, just a bit dim
I love the Savoy House Alden pendant; it fits perfectly in my home office. However, I was hoping it would be a bit brighter. It’s fine for ambiance but not ideal for detailed work. Still, it looks good and complements my decor nicely.

Color is off from what I expected
I was really excited about the warm brass shade, but it came and looked more yellowish than I imagined. The quality seems solid, but I was hoping for a different tone. I might keep it, but I expected something more inline with the photos.

Stylish addition to my kitchen
I recently installed the Savoy House Alden pendant light over my kitchen island, and it looks fantastic! The warm brass finish adds a touch of elegance, and the light is just bright enough to illuminate the space without being harsh. Definitely worth the investment!
