I was excited to use the two-pack of these bulbs, but one of them arrived cracked. I contacted customer service, and they were helpful, but it was a hassle. The other bulb works well, though!

Bright but color is off
These bulbs are bright and do provide good light, but I expected the 2700K color to be warmer. It feels a bit cooler than I wanted for my living room. Still usable, just not quite what I hoped for.

Good bulbs, but delivery was slow
I really like the 4-watt LED bulbs. They fit perfectly in my candelabra and give off nice warm light. However, I had to wait a week longer than expected for delivery, which was a bit frustrating.
