I was excited for the Safavieh Shiloh lamp, but it came with a crack on the ceramic part. I contacted customer service, and they were helpful, but it’s still frustrating to deal with a damaged product. The design is beautiful, though, so I hope to get a replacement soon.

Nice lamp but slight shipping issues
The Shiloh table lamp is really elegant and gives off a warm glow, but it took longer to arrive than expected. The packaging was a bit dented too, but thankfully the lamp itself was in great condition when I opened it. It’s a lovely addition to my bedroom!

Beautiful lamp with great design
I recently bought the Safavieh Shiloh table lamp and I love how it looks in my living room! The antique brown brass and ceramic finish adds a nice touch, and it fits perfectly on my side table. Plus, it comes with an LED bulb, which is a bonus for energy savings!
