This Rheem RTG20239B control board has made my water heater run more efficiently. I love that it’s easy to control the settings. It took about 30 minutes to replace, and everything has been working great since. Totally satisfied!

Arrived damaged
Unfortunately, my control board arrived with a crack in the casing. I had to return it for a replacement, which was a hassle. After getting the new one, it works fine, but I wish the packaging was better. Disappointed in the delivery. 2 stars.

Decent but took a while to arrive
The control board does what it’s supposed to, but it took longer than expected to ship. Once it got here, the installation was straightforward and my heater is running fine again. Just wish the shipping was faster!

Installation was tricky
I found the installation instructions a bit unclear, which made it tough for me to get everything wired up correctly. After a few tries, it finally worked, but I expected it to be simpler. Not terrible, but could use better guidance. 3 stars.
