I thought this plate would come with mounting hardware, but it didn't. Installation went okay, but I had to run out for screws. The plate itself fits well with the downlight, just a bit frustrating that it wasn’t complete out of the box.

Decent product, but delivery was slow
The construction plate does its job well, but it took a bit longer to arrive than I expected. Once I got it, installation was straightforward, and it fits my RAD35 downlights nicely. Just keep in mind the wait if you're in a hurry!
