The sauna is super relaxing once you’re in it. However, I found the setup instructions a bit confusing, which added some frustration. Still, the wood finish is gorgeous and it’s definitely worth it for the relaxation. Just be prepared for a bit of a challenge with assembly.

Not exactly what I expected
The Patio Elegance sauna is nice, but when it arrived, I noticed a few scratches on the wood. It works fine, and I enjoy using it, but I expected better quality control. Just keep this in mind if you're picky about aesthetics.

Decent but could be better packaged
I was excited to get my sauna, but the packaging arrived a bit damaged, which made me nervous about the condition inside. Luckily, everything was fine, and it’s a wonderful addition to my yard for outdoor relaxation. Just wish shipping was smoother.

Perfect for cozy evenings!
I bought the MW20 sauna for my parents and they love it! It’s a great way for them to unwind together, and the quality of the thermowood is top-notch. I might have to get one for myself now!
