The Northern Light Technologies PL36 does a good job lighting up the room, but I had some trouble getting it installed. The instructions weren't super clear, and it took me a while to figure it out. Once it was up, it looked nice and works well, though!

Great lighting for my home office
I bought the Northern Light Technologies NLT PL36 for my home office and I’m really happy with it. The 36W power provides just the right brightness, making it easier for me to focus on work. It fits perfectly in my space and works well with my decor.

Disappointed with the color temperature
I expected the light from this Northern Light Technologies unit to be warmer based on the description, but it felt pretty harsh. It works okay as a functional light, but I was hoping for something cozier for my living room. Honestly, I wouldn’t buy it again.
