I love how the polished chrome finish looks in my bathroom! The Mr. Steam Basic Butler really adds a touch of luxury. The flush-mount design fits perfectly against the wall, making it look super polished. It was straightforward to install too, which is a plus for me!

Great for Home Spa Experience
Using the Mr. Steam Basic Butler has transformed my steam shower! The item controls are easy to use and really enhance the experience. I do wish the instructions were a bit clearer for installation, but overall, I’m happy with the purchase.

Decent but a Few Issues
The steam control works pretty well, but I had some trouble getting it to mount flush to the wall. It feels sturdy once installed, but the installation process could have been smoother. Just be prepared for a bit of tweaking!

Not What I Expected
Unfortunately, the Mr. Steam Butler I received had some defects. The finish looked a bit scratched, and the controls didn't work right away. I reached out for a replacement, but it was a hassle. Disappointed with my experience.
