The chandelier itself is gorgeous and looks just like the pictures! However, it arrived with a couple of dents in the metal. I contacted customer service, and they were helpful, but it was frustrating to have to deal with that.

Nice chandelier but shipping took forever
The chandelier is lovely and well-crafted, but it took longer than expected to arrive. I nearly forgot I ordered it! Still, now that it’s up, the design really enhances my foyer area.

Sleek and stylish, but a bit tricky to install
The chandelier looks amazing in person! The metal design is elegant, but I found the installation instructions a bit confusing. It took me a while to get it up, but now that it's hanging, I love it!

Beautiful addition to my dining room
I recently installed the Lotus handcrafted metal drum chandelier in my dining area, and it looks stunning! The craftsmanship is evident, and the light it gives off is warm and inviting. Definitely a centerpiece for my home.
