Must Use Included Controller: This lighting system connects to a standard 110V/230V system, but it MUST be wired explicitly through the included Smart Light Control System (Wi-Fi controller/transformer unit) provided in the package.
60W System Restriction Rule: When syncing both a pool light and a spa light to one single control box, you must use the control box that came with the 60W pool light. The independent spa light control box is only rated to power 15W fixtures and will not provide sufficient power to operate this 60W max pool system safely.
Professional Installation Recommended: To ensure total safety and proper waterproof sealing, please utilize a licensed electrician for standard installation.

Q: Can I install this smart wall-mount light if my pool does not have a built-in niche? A: Yes. This versatile fixture features a unique surface bracket design. If your pool has an existing niche, the bracket safely adapts to secure over it. If your pool does not have a niche at all, you can mount the bracket directly into the bare pool wall surface using the included heavy-duty wall anchors and screws.
Q: Can I control multiple lights at the exact same time with the smartphone app? A: Yes. You can connect up to two compatible smart wall-mount pool lights or spa lights to a single Smart Light Control System. To control them simultaneously, ensure you are wiring them into the 60W max pool light controller, as the smaller spa light controller is restricted to 15W and cannot power a pool unit.
Q: What happens if my smartphone app loses its connection to the pool light? A: The smartphone app requires a stable Wi-Fi signal to transmit adjustments to the control box. If your pool equipment pad is located far away from your home router, you may experience connectivity drops. If this occurs, you can easily use the included handheld wireless remote control to manage the colors, or look into adding a standard Wi-Fi range extender to your home network.
