I was really excited for this chandelier, but when it arrived, there was a noticeable dent in the lacquered brass. I contacted customer service, and they were helpful, but I still ended up having to wait for a replacement. The chandelier itself is nice, but my experience wasn’t great.

Nice but instructions could be clearer
The chandelier looks great once it’s hung, but the installation instructions were a bit confusing. I had to figure out a few things on my own. It’s a lovely piece with great lighting, but a clearer guide would’ve made it a lot easier to set up. Still happy with my purchase!

Beautiful addition to my dining room!
I recently installed the Lark Austen chandelier in my dining area, and it looks stunning! The lacquered brass finish gives it a classy touch, and it lights up the space perfectly. I used the 2 12-inch downrods, and it hangs just right. Really impressed with the quality!
