J.LUMI YCA1031 Through-hole mount dusk-to-dawn photo control ideal for residential outside wall lights, wall scones installed on your exterior walls or patio. This set comes with our popular YCA1030 button photocell with an aluminum wall plate. The sensor by itself is able to be mounted into standard outlet box, post lamp pole and wall pack fixtures. Thermal sensor eliminates the load temporarily switching off due to car headlights, lightning or another temporary light source. Locking nut and washer gasket help keep moisture from penetrating photo control device. The metal wall plate has 5/8 In. through-hole for proper mounting and wires should mount down when properly installed.

This photocell sensor from J-Lumi is doing its job great, turning on the lights at night and off in the morning. However, it took a week longer than expected to get to me, which was a bit frustrating. Still, I’m happy with the performance!

Easy to install and very effective
I bought the J-Lumi photocell sensor for my outdoor lights and installation was a breeze. The dusk-to-dawn control works perfectly; my lights come on just as the sun sets. The included wall plate was a nice touch, too!

Stopped working after 2 months
I liked the idea of having a photocell sensor for my garden lights, but unfortunately, this J-Lumi model stopped working after just two months. It was easy to set up, but I expected more durability. Disappointed!
