The lamp itself is great—nice design and easy to assemble. However, it took longer than expected to arrive, which was a bit frustrating. I wish the shipping had been faster, but I’m happy with the product now.

Faulty On Arrival
Unfortunately, the IVO lamp arrived with a damaged base and didn’t work right away. I had to contact customer service for a replacement, which was somewhat of a hassle. I hope the new one lasts longer!

Not as Bright as I Hoped
I really liked the look of the IVO lamp, but I was a little disappointed with the brightness. It’s okay for ambient lighting but doesn’t really do the job if you need something brighter for reading. Still, it adds a nice touch to the room.
