Making allusion to late nineteenth century opulence, we adorn the interior of Burdetts shade with richly gathered pleating. While the pendants subdued silhouette serves a contemporary sensibility, its lavish surprise rewards close appreciation.

I really wanted to love this pendant, but it didn't deliver. The polished nickel finish looked cheap upon arrival, and one of the shades was slightly damaged. I had high hopes for this Hudson Valley Lighting product, but it just didn’t meet my expectations. Sending it back was a hassle too.

Beautiful design, but tricky to install
The Burdett eight-light pendant looks fabulous in my foyer, but I did have some trouble with the installation. The instructions weren’t super clear, which made it a bit frustrating. Once it was up, though, the polished nickel finish and the soft lighting were worth the hassle!

Stunning addition to my dining room
I recently installed the Hudson Valley Lighting Burdett pendant in my dining area and it's absolutely gorgeous! The polished nickel finish gives such a sleek look, and the white faux silk shade really softens the light. It was easy to hang, and it truly elevates the space.
