I really wanted to love this lamp, but it arrived with a crack in the crystal! I contacted customer service, but it took a while to get a response. Now I'm stuck with a lamp that looks damaged. Not what I expected from Hongin.

Good but a bit flimsy
This lamp looks beautiful on my nightstand, but I was expecting it to be a bit sturdier. The touch controls work great, though, and I love the 3-way dimming. Just wish the build was more solid. Still a nice piece for my room!

Great Design, But Some Issues
The Hongin lamp is super pretty and fits my decor well, but I had a problem with the USB port not charging my devices properly at times. I also found the instructions a bit unclear. It lights up beautifully, but I wish it had been easier to set up.
