I had high hopes for this Globe Electric desk lamp, but it arrived with a dent in the shade, which was disappointing. The design is nice, but I expected better quality control. It's functional, but I wouldn't recommend it unless you're okay with possible cosmetic flaws.

Stylish Addition to My Home Office
I bought the Globe Electric 61000055 desk lamp for my home office, and it's such a stylish piece! The matte brass finish pairs really well with the black metal shade, and I love how adjustable it is with the pivot joint. It provides just the right amount of light for late-night work sessions.

Looks Great but Some Assembly Issues
The lamp looks fantastic in my living room, and I love the matte brass finish. However, the assembly instructions weren't super clear, which made it a bit tricky to put together. Once I got it set up, it works well and the rotary switch is a nice touch!
