This company need to be reviewed by Amazon. they are terrible
I purchased these lamps, but noticed that the bulbs specifically designed for them were not included in the order. I contacted the company's customer service via chat, and they repeatedly asked me for an Order ID, which I assumed referred to the order number. They never explained what an Order ID actually was. After being on the chat for 45 minutes, the representative disappeared and didn't respond to my inquiries. I even asked if they were still there, but received no response. This experience has been incredibly frustrating.
I do not recommend buying anything from this company. Their customer service is lacking, and they leave you waiting without help. I have two lamps that I cannot use due to the missing bulbs. I will never use this company again, and I suggest you think twice before spending your money here. Now, I have to start my search for bulbs all over again, and I'm out of money.
