This remote for the Generic RC036SR is alright, but it took me a little while to figure out all the buttons. The backlight is helpful, but I wish it lasted longer after pressing a button. It gets the job done, but there are some quirks I didn’t expect.

Item arrived damaged and not usable
I was really disappointed when my Generic RC036SR remote control showed up with a cracked casing. I couldn't even test it out since it was damaged right out of the box. I've reached out to customer service but haven't heard back yet. Very frustrating experience!
