The Generic 20-1 remote does the job for my dish satellite, but I had some trouble with the volume control initially. Took me a few tries to figure it out, and the packaging was a bit beat up when it arrived. Still, once I got used to it, it’s been reliable.

Great replacement remote!
I bought this Generic 20-1 remote to replace my old one for the dish satellite. It works perfectly and the buttons are really responsive. The layout feels intuitive, so it was super easy to set up my channels again. Definitely a solid choice!

Stopped working after a month
I really liked the Generic 20-1 remote when I first got it, but it just stopped responding one day. I changed the batteries, but no luck. I guess I expected more durability for the price. Very disappointing.
