The Gem Lamp’s design emerged from a series of sketches designer Christopher Merchant created while wandering through the Brooklyn Botanic Garden.
Captivated by the surrounding architecture and lush gardens, he found particular inspiration in the geometric beauty of the greenhouses. These sketches also evoked a cherished childhood memory of sunlight filtering through glass bricks at a pool, making the Gem Lamp a tangible expression of past and present inspirations.

I bought the Gem lamp for my living room, and it really adds a nice touch to the decor. The light is soft and warm, perfect for creating a cozy atmosphere. Love how easy it was to set up!

Great design, but the light is dim
I love the design of the Gem lamp; it's very stylish! However, I found the brightness to be a bit lower than I expected. It’s fine for mood lighting, but I wish it was a bit brighter for reading. Still a decent buy!

Lamp stopped working after a week
I was excited about the Gem lamp, but it stopped working just a week after I got it. I followed all the instructions, and it just won't turn on anymore. I'm really frustrated and I don't know how to get a replacement.

Nice but arrived with a small dent
The Gem lamp looks great in my office, but I was a bit disappointed to see a small dent in the shade when it arrived. It still works well and looks nice when it's on, just not perfect right out of the box. Shipping could be improved.
