These GE soft white bulbs are decent. They dim nicely, and the light quality is good, but I feel like they are a bit on the expensive side compared to others I’ve tried. They work well in my dining room, but it would be great if they were cheaper.

I bought these GE dimmable light bulbs to replace some old ones in my living room, and I love them! The 40-watt equivalent gives off a soft white glow that's perfect for relaxing evenings. Plus, being dimmable means I can adjust the brightness to set the mood just right.

Dimmer switch issues with these bulbs
I wanted to love these GE bulbs, but they flicker when I try to dim them. They provide a nice soft white light, but I’ve had trouble with them not responding well to my dimmer switch. Not a total loss, but not what I expected either.
