I ordered the 8-inch tower, but the color seemed a bit duller in person compared to the photos online. It’s still a nice piece, but I expected it to be brighter. Also, it was a bit smaller than I thought it would be. Just be aware of sizing before you choose!

Came damaged and has sharp edges
I was really looking forward to my 6-inch Selenite tower, but when I opened the box, it had a noticeable chip and some edges were sharp. I contacted customer service and they were helpful, but I'm disappointed. I wanted to use it as a centerpiece for my table, but now I'm hesitant.

Decent, but shipping took longer than expected
I ordered the 12-inch size and while the crystal looks lovely, it arrived about a week late. The packaging was okay, but I was worried it might get damaged since it’s quite fragile. Still, it fits my decor nicely and has a soothing energy.
