The Fenix WH23R is a gesture-sensing headlamp built for people whose hands are already full — mechanics, warehouse crews, anyone working with gloves, grease, or gear that just can't be set down. A simple wave turns it on or off, no fumbling for a switch required, and you can move between spotlight, floodlight, or a combined mode with three brightness levels each, plus a single-tap Turbo setting when you need everything at once.
Built for industrial use, the WH23R carries 2-meter impact resistance and an IP66 rating that shrugs off heavy rain and high-pressure water jets — this is a headlamp meant for real job sites, not just weekend trips. The 2000mAh rechargeable battery charges fast over USB-C with a clear LED indicator, so you always know where you stand on power. Close-up detail work or scanning across a warehouse floor, the WH23R adapts instantly, keeping your hands free and your light exactly where you need it.

I took the Fenix WH23R on a recent camping trip and it worked like a charm! The LED light is super bright and the gesture control is very handy while cooking at night. It really made our late-night activities so much easier!

Incredible brightness for my work
I got this Fenix WH23R headlamp for my night shifts in the warehouse, and wow, the brightness is insane! The gesture sensing is a nifty feature that makes it easy to switch modes without fumbling around. Highly recommended for anyone in industrial work!

Good but packaging was damaged
I like the headlamp's performance, especially the brightness for my work projects. However, it arrived with a dented box which was disappointing. The product itself works great, just wish the packaging had been better.

Gesture sensing is a bit finicky
I was excited about the gesture sensing on this headlamp, but it doesn't always respond well, especially in cold weather. The light is bright enough for my needs, but I expected better responsiveness. Just a heads up!

Best headlamp for industrial use
If you're looking for an industrial headlamp, this Fenix WH23R is the best. The LED is super bright and the battery lasts quite a while. The gesture sensing feature, once you get used to it, really adds to the ease of use while working. Love it!
