The Fenix E-Star is a portable flashlight designed for emergency situations where power might not be available. The light can be powered by the included low-discharge Ni-MH battery, or one AA battery, or by pumping the charging handle when the battery is low or not available. It uses USB Type-C charging and the built-in super-capacitor helps with energy storage and buffering when the battery is damaged or missing. The E-STAR has four output modes with a maximum lumen output of 100 Lumens and beam visibility of 131 ft. This is a great light to keep on hand in your emergency preparedness kit - in the house or in the car!

I was really excited about the Fenix E-Star flashlight, especially the self-powered feature. But when it arrived, there were some scratches on the body, which was disappointing. I contacted support, but it took longer than I'd like to get a response. Might try again, but not thrilled with this purchase.

Good light, but a bit bulky
The Fenix E-Star is a reliable emergency flashlight with great brightness. I appreciate the self-powered aspect, so I can use it without worrying about replacing batteries. However, I found it a little bulkier than expected for a portable model. Still, it works well for what I need!

Great emergency flashlight for camping!
I bought the Fenix E-Star flashlight for our family camping trips, and it’s been a lifesaver. The self-powered feature is really helpful; I don’t have to worry about batteries dying when we need it most. It’s super bright and the LED light really lights up the whole area. Definitely a solid choice!
