I really like the look of these bulbs, but one arrived shattered in the box. I reached out to customer service, and they were pretty helpful in replacing it. The other bulbs work great, giving off nice daylight and dimming without issues. Just a shame about the delivery hiccup.

Disappointed with performance
I had high hopes for these LED bulbs, but they just don’t compare to the brightness of traditional bulbs. They look nice in my chandelier, but if you need strong light, you might want to consider a higher wattage. Not what I expected from a 25W equivalent.
