The Detex exit control hardware seems solid and functional, but I struggled a bit during setup. The guide wasn't very clear on a few points. It’s working well now, but I wish the instructions were better!

Not What I Expected
I had high hopes for the Detex fire-rated exit control hardware, but it arrived with some scratches, and it didn't fit well with our existing doors. It works, but it's not as seamless as I expected. Disappointed with the delivery condition.

Reliable and Sturdy Exit Control
We’ve been using the Detex exit control hardware in our school for a few months now. It's made from high-quality materials and provides peace of mind during fire drills. The only issue we had was a slight delay in shipping, but it was worth the wait!
