I was excited to receive this wall sconce, but it came with a crack in the glass. I contacted customer service for a replacement, but I’m still waiting for a response. Such a letdown because it looked so beautiful online.

Great quality but tricky installation
This sconce is really well-made and the floral design is pretty. However, I had a bit of trouble with the installation. The instructions weren't very clear, and I ended up taking longer than I expected. Once it was up though, it looks great!

A bit smaller than expected
The wall sconce is lovely, but I found it to be smaller than I thought it would be. The floral glass detail is nice, but I was hoping for a bolder look. Still, it fits well in my bathroom and gives off a nice glow.
