The pendant light looks great in my kitchen, but I was a bit worried when I unpacked it — the glass shade feels a little delicate. It looks beautiful, though, and gives off nice ambient light. Just handle it carefully during installation!

Arrived Damaged, Disappointed
I was really looking forward to this pendant light, but it arrived with a cracked shade. I contacted customer service, but having to wait for a replacement was frustrating. Very disappointing experience overall.
