We didn't receive all of the parts that were supposed to be in the kit
We didn't receive all of the parts that were supposed to be in the kit, and when we complained about it, we were only offered a partial refund if we could still use the kit. We cannot use the kit because it's missing the socket. If this is not corrected, we will submit your company to the Better Business Bureau, the Attorney General of the State of Kansas and/or any other regulatory agency that we can think of that will help us either get our money back or get us the missing components.
