This 2-pin Light Base has a unique threaded design that provides a perfect fit with the threaded locking collar featured on Attwood Pole Lights. The innovative design ensures the pole inserts with a tight and secure fit, and it prevents rattling while the boat is underway or during trailering. This Light Base has a low profile to help prevent water from pooling on the top of the black composite-material cover. It can be used with several types of Attwood pole lights, including frosted globe, anti-glare, LED anti-glare, and bi-color (each sold separately). The Attwood 910R series light base is pretty solid once you have it installed. I had a bit of trouble figuring out how to connect the two pins properly, but once it was done, the black composite cover looks great on my boat. Just take your time with the setup!

Difficult to connect
I found this Attwood light base to be more trouble than expected. The 2-pin connection didn't seem to fit right, and I had a tough time getting it to work. Once it finally did, it seemed okay, but the struggle left me frustrated.

Not the best experience
I really wanted to like this light base, but it arrived with a dented cover. It still functions, but it doesn’t look great. Installation was fine, just wish the packaging had been better to avoid that issue. Might consider a different model next time.

Works well for my pole light
I bought this round plug-in light base for my all-around pole light, and it's been working just fine. The 2-pin setup is straightforward, and the composite material feels durable. I appreciate the sleek black finish, too!
