I was looking forward to using the Amscope FRL12B fluorescent ring light bulb, but it didn’t quite meet my expectations. It’s 12W, but honestly, it felt a bit dim for my microscope setup. Also, the packaging was dented when it arrived. I think I need to explore other options.

Bright light for my microscope
I bought this Amscope FRL12B fluorescent ring light bulb for my microscope and it works wonderfully! The 12W brightness is just right, making everything so much clearer. Installation was pretty straightforward, and I love that it fits perfectly around my lens. Really happy with this buy!

Good light, but delivery was slow
The Amscope FRL12B light bulb is definitely bright enough for my needs, but I was a bit disappointed by the slow shipping. It took almost a week to arrive. Once it was installed, the fluorescent glow did enhance my microscope images a lot, though!
