I was excited to get this light, but it arrived with a small crack in the glass. I contacted customer service, but the process to get a replacement was frustrating. I love the design and color, but I'm worried about the overall build quality. Wish it was better!

Nice Light, But Assembly was Tricky
The Alora Mood Francesca light looks great but putting it together was a little challenging. The instructions weren’t super clear, and it took me longer than expected to get it up. Once it was installed, though, the clear glass and black finish looked really nice in my hallway.

Stylish Addition to My Living Room
I just installed the Francesca semi-flush light in my living room and I love it! The clear glass gives it a sleek look while the matte black finish really ties in with my decor. It provides just the right amount of light without being too harsh. Definitely a statement piece!
