I received the Alora Mood flush mount with a chip in the glass, which was a bummer. But customer service was quick to assist with a replacement. The new one looks great, and the light quality is excellent!

Decent light, but slow shipping
I like the look of the flush mount, and it lights up the room nicely, but the shipping took longer than expected. Still, I’m happy with how it looks in my living room. Just wish it had arrived on time!

Good light, but installation was tricky
The light itself is great, but I struggled a bit with the installation. The instructions weren't super clear, and I had to redo some steps. Once it was up, though, the matte black and opal glass combo looks stunning.
