The Advance F32T8 ballast does its job and powers the lights fine, but I had some trouble with the wiring instructions. They were a bit confusing. I managed to get it working in the end, but it took longer than I expected. Just be patient!

Solid Replacement for My Old Ballast
I replaced an old ballast with this Advance F32T8, and it's been working great so far! It fits perfectly and keeps my fluorescent tubes lit without any flickering. Installation was simple too, just follow the wiring guide. Would definitely buy again if needed!

Stopped Working After a Few Months
I was really disappointed with the Advance F32T8 ballast. It worked well initially, but after just a few months, it stopped powering my lights altogether. I thought I was making a good investment, but now I need to replace it already. Not impressed!
