Bulb & Usage Advisory
Do not exceed the maximum wattage specified on the fixture label.
Keep away from flammable materials. Allow adequate ventilation around the fixture.
Keep out of reach of children. Not suitable for wet locations unless rated IP65 or higher.
Advanced ceiling fans with unique aesthetics and energy-efficient design. When closed, the traditionally intrusive fan blades automatically retract and hide, visually transforming the fixture into a slim, modern pendant light. Turning on a fan creates centrifugal force, causing the blades to expand to circulate air around the room. The extra reversible feature allows you to use this beautiful fan in all seasons. It creates open spaces within a room environment, collects less dust, and is unobtrusive and versatile enough to blend visually into most building interiors.

The Broxburne Smart Fan is good and does its job well, but I had to wait longer than expected for it to arrive. The fan is cool and the light is decent, but the shipping could be improved.

Nice fan, but installation was tricky
The Broxburne Smart Fan is pretty great once it’s up and running. The light is a good brightness, but I struggled a bit with the installation instructions. Would have appreciated more clarity there!

Stylish and functional
I bought this fan for my bedroom and it's stylish! The light kit adds a nice touch, and the fan is surprisingly powerful. Controls through the app are pretty handy. Definitely a solid choice!

It came damaged, quite disappointed
I was really looking forward to setting up my Broxburne Smart Fan, but it arrived with some scratches on the light kit. It works fine, but I can't help but feel a bit let down by the condition it came in. Not what I expected!
