Installation Tips
For the strongest, longest-lasting hold:
Clean the mounting surface with rubbing alcohol (isopropyl alcohol) and allow it to dry completely.
If needed, replace the original adhesive with heavy-duty mounting tape such as 3M VHB or Gorilla Heavy Duty Mounting Tape.
Press firmly along the entire strip for 30–60 seconds after installation.
Allow the adhesive to cure for 24 hours before placing tension on the strip.
For textured walls, ceilings, or long installations, use clear mounting clips every few feet for additional support.
For extra reinforcement, apply small dabs of hot glue only to the non-LED sections.
