It is a combination of a retractable ceiling fan and a crystal chandelier. When switched off, the intrusive fan blades automatically retract and conceal, and visually the unit transforms into a slim, modern chandelier. This high-end remote control allows you to control the light and the fan speed separately, with 3 fan speeds.

I like the Mateo ceiling fan, it works well and the crystal accents are gorgeous. However, the installation instructions were a bit tricky. It took me a while to figure out the wiring. Once it was up, though, the performance is solid and the remote is handy!

Beautiful addition to my living room!
I recently installed the Mateo modern downrod mount ceiling fan and I’m in love with how it looks! The crystal detailing really adds a touch of elegance, and the remote control makes it super convenient to adjust. The light is bright enough for our space, but it also feels cozy. Definitely a great buy!

Perfect for my home office!
This Mateo ceiling fan has really upgraded my home office. The remote control is easy to use, and I can adjust the light brightness as needed. The downrod mount gives it a nice height, and the crystals add a chic flair. I'm so glad I chose this one!

Great fan but arrived damaged
I was excited to get the Mateo ceiling fan, but it came with a crack in one of the crystal pieces. Customer service was helpful and sent a replacement piece quickly. The fan itself works nicely and looks fantastic once set up, but that initial damage was disappointing.
