I was really looking forward to the Arthur ceiling fan, but it arrived with a dent on the motor housing. I contacted customer service, but the process for a replacement has been slow. The fan itself looks nice, but I'm disappointed with this experience.

Solid fan but remote issues
The Arthur ceiling fan looks great and works well most of the time. However, I've had a few hiccups with the remote control. Sometimes it takes a couple of tries to get it to respond. Still, the fan itself is powerful and cools down my room quickly!

Stylish fan with great features
I recently installed the Arthur industrial ceiling fan in my living room, and it's been fantastic! The remote control makes it super easy to adjust the lighting and fan speed. Plus, the industrial design really adds character to the space. I'm very happy with my purchase!
