Unfortunately, my fan arrived with a dent in the casing. I was worried, but customer service helped me out. It works great now that it's installed. Just be cautious with shipping — the packaging could be sturdier.

Stylish and Functional Fan
I recently installed the 13 Farmhouse ceiling fan in my living room, and it looks amazing! The reversible motor is great for both summer and winter use. Plus, the remote control makes it super convenient to adjust the settings without getting up.

I love how this fan blends seamlessly with my farmhouse-style decor. The light is just right, not too harsh, and the flush mount design is perfect for my low ceilings. Very satisfied with my purchase!

Good but a Bit Noisy
The fan is pretty nice overall, but I expected it to be quieter. The lighting is bright enough for my needs, and the remote works well, but if you're sensitive to noise, keep that in mind when purchasing.
