I was really looking forward to this sconce, but it arrived with a small crack in the glass. I contacted customer service, and they were helpful, but I still had to wait for a replacement. It looks nice now that it's up, but the initial disappointment was a letdown.

Decent light but tricky install
The design of this wall sconce is exactly what I wanted, but the installation was a bit frustrating. The instructions weren't super clear, which made it take longer than expected. Once it was up, though, it looked great and provided nice lighting for my living room.
